Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

At JesusInTheStreet, we operate differently than a big-box retailer. To minimize waste and maximize the 10% we give back to recovery programs, almost every item is printed specifically for you the moment you order it. Because of this "made-to-order" process, we have specific terms regarding how your gear gets to you.

1. Production vs. Shipping (The Timeline)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that Order Date is not the Ship Date. * Fulfillment: Our production partner, Printify, generally takes 2–7 business days to create your product. During peak seasons (holidays) or high-demand drops, this can extend.

  • Transit: Once production is finished, shipping transit time begins. This is typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

  • The Big Picture: Please allow a total window of 14 business days before reaching out about a "missing" order. We want you to get your gear as much as you do, but quality printing takes time.

2. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

This is the legal part: All items purchased from JesusInTheStreet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or the respective carrier directly to investigate.

  • JesusInTheStreet is not responsible for packages that are stolen from porches or mailboxes after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a place of business if you are concerned about theft.

3. Split Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we may ship items from different fulfillment centers. If you receive one item but not the other, check your email for multiple tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

4. Correct Address Policy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us (or our printer) due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Undeliverable" status provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • Address Changes: We move fast once an order hits the system. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If you notice a typo, email jesusmerchquestions@gmail.com immediately, but if it has already hit production, we cannot pull it back.

5. International Shipping, Duties, and Customs

We love shipping globally, but please be aware:

  • JesusInTheStreet is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes levied by your country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • International transit can take 10–20+ business days. Packages can occasionally be held in customs for reasons outside of our control; we are not liable for these delays.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we messed up—meaning the print is crooked, the garment is torn, or we sent the wrong size—we’ll fix it.

  • Please contact jesusmerchquestions@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must include clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item and your order number. Because we do some POD, we cannot offer "buy-to-try" returns, but we will always replace a manufacturing error.

7. Force Majeure (The "Act of God" Clause)

While we do our best to meet all timelines, JesusInTheStreet shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, carrier strikes, global pandemics, or interruptions in third-party manufacturing.
